Canada's New Democratic Party sponsors a private email forum for its members, called Mouseland. Mouseland is a virtual community where New Democrats exchange ideas and opinions about party policy, federal politics and other issues of interest. It's a space for lively, informal discussion, debate, and dialogue--so jump in and have your say!

Mouseland is a fable told by T.C. Douglas, the first leader of Canada's New Democratic Party. It's a simple story with a strong message about grassroots democracy and why we need the NDP. We hope the virtual community of Mouseland will help New Democrats from coast to coast to coast work together to strengthen our party and advance the cause of social justice in Canada.

To join Mouseland, you must be a member in good standing of a participating provincial or territorial section of the New Democratic Party. If you are a member of one of the following participating provincial/territorial sections, you can apply for admission to the list by clicking here.

Participating sections are: British Columbia, Western Arctic, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and PEI.

Once the facilitators receive confirmation of your membership, you will be added to the list and will receive a copy of our welcome message, which contains an introduction to the list and guidelines for participation. Click here to read the welcome message.
