I'm sorry but I do not have enough experience on the subject of your questionnaire. I can tell you that my platform is mainly a call for an ombudsman for the City of Ottawa. I am sure your group would support this idea, because, everyone else seems too. Which begs the question, "Then why does Ottawa not have one?". (I have heard that the City's senior staff does not support the idea--I wonder why.)
