OCLS provides a central vendor/supplier relationship management service for all twenty-four Ontario community college libraries. Web Networks transferred the labour intensive business process used by OCLS to manage this service to an online platform. The Drupal system includes a facility to upload data-rich Microsoft Excel worksheets, as well as allowing college staff to securely view all subscriptions.
